This place goes above and beyond to create medications tailored to each patient, whether human or animal. When our dog needed treatment for severe pneumonia, the cost at our local vet was overwhelming. Here, we found a solution that was not only more affordable and quick but also carefully customized to exactly what we needed, and it was easy to pick up, which made the whole experience much less stressful.

Bought a mobility device here and have had nothing but issues with it. The women working here couldnt care less about the issues this caused me. I went down the street to Mobility Plus and have had way better service and the equipment actually works the way it should. Time for this place to close up shop.

Do not buy any type of mobility device for anyone you care about here. We got my mother a Nova Rollator walker for close to $300. While fitting her my mother told the store that the brake felt too tight and didn't work properly while in the store. They assured her it would break in and be fine. It didn't. The brake was stuck on the tire and kept shredding black off the tire all over her carpets on day 1 of use. Took it back to Kunkel who said they dont take Rollators back. Kunkel says it was defective and is a warranty issue even though Nova says Kunkel assembled it improperly. Now my mother was "loaned" a used dirty walker while the new one she bought sits at Kunkel and they cant/won't fix it. This place should be ashamed they sold a disabled individual faulty equipment and have both her many and the equipment in their possession. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

They have always been a pleasure to work with as a veterinarian worker but they are exceptional as a customer as well! They got my lovely boy’s inflammatory bowel medication prepared quickly and for less than Chewy! I always recommend them for compounded veterinary medication. ❤️

Terrible customer service. I filled out the form for the rx. Got another text saying they didn’t get. Tried to call. No one ever called back.
