Riley Nurse Practitioner is the best!!!! I’m so happy to have found her! Shes so knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate. For the first time I feel like as the patient I’m involved in the care I’m getting as she takes into consideration my social determinants. Love her!!

I am a 63 old physically active man and went to see Dr Michael Setareh in February of 2025 for help on nutrition and possible supplements to enhance my fitness. He spent a lot of time with me and listened and answered all my questions. He gave me several ideas but needed blood work first in order to see what my deficiencies were. A couple of weeks later I had a follow-up with the test results and most of my blood work came back good, but I had a high PSA test result. He was concerned and he said it would be a bad idea to prescribe supplements since it could possibly add fuel to the fire if I had a prostrate issue. He recommended that I see a Urologist and get an MRI. Some doctors in this situation might have just looked the other way and prescribe medication for financial gain. I can't thank Dr Setareh enough because I ended up having prostate cancer and have since had my prostrate removed due to an aggressive form of cancer. If it hadn't been for Dr. Setareh, then the odds are that the cancer would have spread. I feel as though he saved my life. I will forever be grateful for a doctor like this that has morals, ethics and compassion for his patients.

I cannot say enough, good things about truMD and the staff here. I started seeing Dr. Setareh because I struggled to lose weight and build lean muscle and actually changing my body composition had been a struggle for decades for me. And it wasn’t just because I wanted to look better. I wanted to physically feel better. I had tried so many different methods and modalities, but the protocol that he assigned me to has been the only thing that has moved the needle for me in the right direction and has helped me to be in a place for the first time ever where I feel like the changes I have made as a result will actually stick. Because of where I am located now, the majority of my visits were using telemedicine but I never felt shorted as far as the time that he was willing to take to discuss my progress, my questions, or my concerns. I ended every meeting having felt heard and like my needs were respected and being addressed. And if the rest of his staff is as wonderful as Lucy is then there is no shortage of good care. I highly recommend truMD For anyone struggling in the same way I have or anyone who just wants assistance in becoming the best version of themselves

Dr. Setareh is always patient and kind. I ask a lot of questions and he never makes me feel like I’m a dummy for asking. I think a lot of doctors can learn from Dr Setareh on how to speak to patients.

NP Riley is amazing! She answers all my questions and always puts me at ease and leaves me feeling better than before I came in! Moved here from Indiana and have struggled to find a primary care facility I like until I found this place. So grateful.
