V-Care Pharmacy of Chestnut Hill

I had a wonderful experience at this pharmacy. The staff was courteous, professional, and very helpful. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. The pharmacy was clean, well-organized, and efficient. I highly recommend this pharmacy for excellent service and care.

I cannot say enough good things about VCare Chestnut Hill. Firstly , V himself is great. Kim (pharmacist) and the wonderful pharm techs Jen and Lourdes, will go out of their way to ensure you're getting the best service with regards to your prescriptions, have great attention to detail, and are always available to help regardless if you've asked the same questions in the past. The option of no charge shipping is a huge perk, too. Many people don't know that there are options for lower cost copays or out of pocket coupons, which they can help talk you through. Highly recommend this pharmacy for all non-controlled substances.

V-Care is absolutely the best place to go for vaccines! There is usually no wait. The store is immaculate and well lit. The pharmacist, nurses, and other workers are fantastic. Each one is friendly, knowledgeable, and listen to all my concerns. They don't brush me off as an elderly woman! Everyone is kind and has a very caring attitude towards me and my family. I can't say enough great descriptions about the quality of the care and professionalism that each person at V-Care possesses. If you've ever had a bad experience when getting your vaccines, please go to V-Care. You will not be disappointed!

Failed to fill a medication after several days of run around. From claiming my insurance was denying it (they billed the wrong insurance despite me specifying) to ultimately stating that the medication was not able to be ordered (I called ahead before getting the prescription transferred to make sure it could be filled) they wasted a bunch of my time before ultimately transferring it to Walgreens anyways. At which point I couldn’t get it filled without a specific override from my insurance, because VCare had billed my insurance despite not providing any product. Terrible experience, incompetent customer service.
