I began seeing Dr. Shasta for fertility acupuncture and after 2.5 months, I became pregnant. She is incredibly friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Prior to seeing her, my body felt extremely stressed, and I truly believe acupuncture played a huge role in helping regulate my body and reduce that stress. She also provided testing and supplement recommendations that were very helpful. I’m so grateful and highly recommend her.

Dr. Shasta is a very compassionate and experienced acupuncturist. This was my first time trying acupuncture and I’m so glad I found her! I’ve been seeing her regularly for about 5 months and notice a big improvement in energy levels and overall mood. The sessions are super relaxing and I look forward to them every week! During the initial consultation, she took the time to really understand what I was coming in for and gave me a holistic treatment plan that included a session schedule, lifestyle changes, and supplements. (She’s not pushy at all with any of this.) I started noticing changes around sessions 4-5. I had a lot more energy (even during my period!) and my PMS symptoms were almost non-existent. Dr. Shasta always checked in with me before a session to ask what I wanted her to focus on that day and also made sure that I was comfortable during the session. The office is clean and usually has relaxing music/sounds playing in the background. If you’re thinking about trying acupuncture or looking for a new acupuncturist, I highly recommend Dr. Shasta!

I first came to Dr. Shasta in January 2021, hoping for help with getting pregnant. Over the next two years, she supported me—both mentally and physically—through two miscarriages and other life challenges. When our doctors eventually recommended IVF, I met with a fertility clinic but deep down, I felt my body wasn’t the issue—stress was. Dr. Shasta worked closely with me, seeing me twice a week for a couple of months. Thanks to her care and guidance, I was finally able to carry a pregnancy to term, and today, I have a beautiful 4-month-old baby girl. Dr. Shasta is truly a fertility whisperer. She has helped me in more ways than I can count, and I can’t thank her enough for everything she has done. If you’re struggling with fertility, stress, or pain, I highly recommend her. She is a genuine healer with a kind and compassionate soul.

Amazing!!! Dr.Shasta is incredible. I have been struggling with heavy and very painful periods due to endometriosis. I’ve been in and out of the ER countless times and nothing has come close to the relief I get from acupuncture here at Way of Wellness. Dr. Shasta is very kind and caring she goes above and beyond for her clients. It doesn’t stop at just acupuncture she will find ways to help you overall in any area you need help in. She has recommended and printed out recipes, supplements and nutritional information for me which has all been very very helpful in my healing process. She’s even treated my jaw for TMJ and just like with my stomach, I’ve found the most pain relief through her services. Acupuncture has done for me what no pain medication could ever do!! If you are like me and in pain without relief go see her ASAP you will not regret it!!!
