Many reviews here highlight how kind and professional the staff are. In direct interactions, I experienced that as well. However, my most recent experience revealed a serious inconsistency. During a phone call, the staff member answering failed to place me on hold. As a result, I overheard Dr. Megan Pasookhush making repeated profane and explicitly derogatory remarks about me over the course of several minutes. When the call resumed, I informed them that I had heard the conversation and that it had been recorded. The call was then disconnected, and my subsequent attempts to call back were not answered. In healthcare — especially in settings where patients are seeking support for sensitive medical concerns — professionalism must be consistent, not conditional. What is said when a patient is believed to be “off the line” matters just as much as what is said directly to them. Given that this pharmacy is both provider-directed and owner-operated, accountability is particularly important. Due to the seriousness of this incident, I am pursuing formal avenues to address the matter. I cannot recommend this pharmacy.

As a pharmacy tech of 20 years, I can spot a less than wonderful pharmacist a mile away. Dr. Megan and Dr. Janice are great pharmacists. They stay up to date on uses , and laws which creates the highest quality meds you will find. They use top quality products, well trained staff and are always making sure the patients have the best outcome possible. They maintain higher than necessary standards for their labs, ensuring that those with any sensitivities or allergies don't need to worry. The energy here is fantastic, and would highly recommend them for their compound services. I can appreciate that they may not be the cheapest around , but I am ok with that. The quality speaks for itself.

Everyone is so nice. My office gets compounded topical anesthetic made here. They do such a great job. They also offer a variety of other health and wellness needs.

Outrageously overpriced! Went today for my son's Magic Mouthwash, typically we have paid $35-50 for this stuff at other compounding pharmacies but because of the side of town in Cary we are now this pharmacy told me their lowest price for the smallest amount would start at $90 and proceeded to go into all this inflated nonsense about their techs having to wear special clothes and their fancy lab, etc. I am now having the script filled at Realo in Fuquay Varina for $35. As an alternative CVS on Greenlevel Church Rd compounds and will file insurance. If you have money to burn then do so at this place, but we don't.

I started going to Wellness pharmacy to get my prescription filled. I prefer a compounded prescription and have used several over the years, however This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to! The staff was knowledgeable and caring when I had questions about application. They were honest about the time frame it would take to get it filled. Since I live far away they offered to ship it home to me (just pay shipping ~$5) if I didn’t want to dive back. Not only did I get my prescription but I started going to some of their free seminars where we could eat and chat one on one about the services they provide and how I could get my hormones back together. The pharmacist really took time to talk to me and explain things. I will definitely continue to use this pharmacy. They are A+ in my book!!
