Wellness Pharmacy

This pharmacy used to be a lot better. But they now have really inconvenient hours, they open at 10am, so after nearly everyone else is at work, and they close at 5. When I order my meds by delivery, twice my meds were late, and once they forgot my meds, I ran out, and when I called to follow up, it was clear it had dropped off their radar. Don’t recommend this pharmacy. There are other that are more convenient and on top of things.

Watch out for Wellness Pharmacy. They're like the car dealership that says we only sell the cars. We don't stand behind them. I ordered three prescription nasal sprays. One would not plunge to dispense the spray. The respondent's reply? The owner from Wellness gave me two phone numbers, presumably of the manufacturer. Basically, the owner is saying you're on your own if you order from us and something doesn't work out. I don't care how much we charge you. I've asked my pulmonologist to direct my prescriptions to another pharmacist, and I've given her the full text thread about wellness pharmacy's high-handed attitude toward their customers. Seems like wellness pharmacy's only concern for wellness is to provide the minimal customer service for the prices it charges. #####

I have been using this pharmacy for years. Kwon, the owner is top tier. He is very kind, although he is strict he is fair and clearly wants the best for his staff and patients. I am so grateful for not only the pharmacy but that it's owned and run by Kwon, he is truly a business owner who cares and it shows. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone in the area.

I've been visiting this pharmacy for nearly a year now, and I can confidently say it offers the best service I've ever experienced. Every time I go in, the staff is always polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. They consistently go above and beyond to meet all of my needs, and their positive attitude makes every visit enjoyable. I truly appreciate their unwavering dedication to excellent service. Unreliable. My doctor sends my prescription in to be filled on a specific date, but the pharmacy ignores that request. I have to call every time, or my prescription will not be ready when I arrive. I'm looking for an alternative, especially given the traffic getting to their location is usually bad and their hours are inconvenient for anyone with a job. Unfortunately this is one of the only options for my specific medication.
