ABC Compounding Pharmacy

You know you’re in good hands when the pharmacist tells you to hold on while he Googles info about your medication. 🤦‍♀️ Street parking is available, but there’s a tow-away zone from 3:30-7:00pm. This is much more like a knick knack boutique—cluttered with dust-covered tchotchkes and expired, packaged snacks—than a clean, sterile pharmacy. It’s giving Harlem NYC bodega meets drug store…kind of…? The only things missing are the filthy deli case with sweaty meats and a flea-infested alley cat in the window. Then again, maybe I just didn’t see the cat. Three stars because the employees were friendly, and the cue was very short.

Overall, good pharmacy in terms of filling medication. Driver is friendly and does his job well. However, I have been LIED to numerous times about my medicine being delivered only to be brought nearly a WEEK later. I am being told that my property is locked. Keep in mind its always open for delivery drivers to enter. I have been rushed off the phone cause they are backed up with orders. I tried to call only for them to purposely not answer. I had to call from my husband's phone for them to pick up. Terrible bedside manner and seem very displeased with their job. I should not have my medicine delivered 5 days later pushing the next refill to later in the month. I feel sorry for those whose meds keep them alive. I was disrespected and shouted at that it will get there when it will get there. If you choose this pharmacy, I would advise to pick it up if you want it on time or rather be prepared to possibly wait 5 days and hope to God it's brought on the day that's on the label.

The owner of ABC Pharmacy Ellie is such a sweetheart! She goes above and beyond to fulfill all my medicinal needs. Her husband Ash is the greatest as well, he always has a smile on his face ready to help any and every customer. I definitely recommend taking all your prescriptions there. They have afforadable prices and they deliver too.
