Extremely helpful and amazingly fast. I called on a Friday and they delivered my entire prescription (and checked about whether insurance would cover it) within 16 hours. Incredible. Super friendly and as soon as my clinic got in touch with them they called me, provided me with an assistant for asking questions and then sent me every thing I needed for the next 3 weeks. Super turn key and easy. Best experience getting prescriptions I’ve ever had.

I am an IVF patient and my office uses MDR. They are hands down the best pharmacy I’ve ever worked with. I am not only from an different state as them but also a different time zone, sometimes my work schedule does not line up with their hours of operation so I have sent them an email and they are always quick to respond and my deliveries have NEVER been late. If I have questions about medications they go over them until I understand. They provide excellent service and are always extremely kind! Highly recommend for all your medication needs!!

I forgot that you can actually have a GOOD experience at a pharmacy in the year 2026, but MDR is wonderful. The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff is knowledgable and kind, and the store is wonderfully and thoughtfully laid out. There are charming benches to sit on while you wait. It's like the very opposite of Walgreens and CVS! You get personal attention and feel like you matter.

A wonderful experience with MDR pharmacy and the service as well! Calling in for a refill for fertility medication is super easy and fast delivery the following day!
