Emerald Hills Pharmacy

I had a truly great experience at Emerald Hills Pharmacy in Hollywood. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with respect and care not rushed, not brushed off. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I had exactly what I needed. This is the kind of local pharmacy that reminds you how things used to be done: personal service, knowledgeable professionals, and people who actually care about their customers. I personally did not have a good experience with this Pharmacy . It started with my doctor sending the prescription to them and they never called me to start delivery I had to call them. Then after that when I called and set up payment for delivery I told him I'll be out of town and left instructions for their delivery driver to leave it with my package desk in my building . When he got there instead of following those instructions he went to my front desk and had them call me and my wife unknowingly just said we're out of town and they didn't deliver it. I was gone for over a week and at no point that the pharmacy call me back to be like hey your medicine delivery came back and we should set up for delivery again. I had to call again and it was earlier in the day and the person that picked up the call said that another person will call me back. Then toward the end of the day and I never received that call so I called again and I set up that delivery again. Again I left instructions for the person to leave it with package desk. The next morning I get a call about 5 minutes before 6:00 a.m. That's a delivery driver was downstairs . In what way does this delivery driver feel like it's okay to deliver something at 6:00 a.m. that he can't just leave out my front door then he has to call me for. I was not happy with this because it was a weekday I was trying to get in my sleep before waking up to go to work. After that I called again fourth time now to talk to someone about my experience. They said they had no one was available since it was answering service and that they would leave a message for a Vanessa to call me who did not which was on track with my previous experience that no one ever did. I don't understand how a pharmacy can be getting fed business by a doctor and they treat their clients like this. I'll be asking my doctor not to send to emerald Hills again if needed and we will be asking for another pharmacy and telling them about our experience.

I recently visited Emerald Hills Pharmacy in Hollywood, FL and was initially worried about pricing because I am uninsured. The staff immediately put me at ease by clearly explaining my options and pricing upfront. Their customer service was exceptional—friendly, patient, and attentive to my concerns. They took the time to check for the best available prices and suggested affordable alternatives. The entire experience felt personal and respectful, which meant a lot given my situation. This pharmacy is wonderful. Krystal, specifically, has been absolutely amazing. She is so kind, patient, and helpful. Wish everything in life could be as seamless as my transaction with this pharmacy and Krystal!!!

I've always been treated in a kind and courteous manner in all my prescription needs. The entire personnel including Ale, Vanessa, Dylan, and others have always been very attentive and responsive. I wouldn't trade Emerald Hills with any other pharmacy in the area for my medicines.
