Post Haste Pharmacy in Hollywood, FL

I use this pharmacy because it’s the one partnered with Outro, but my experience has been consistently frustrating and disappointing. My first medication took nine days to arrive, and several of those days were simply waiting for the order to be shipped after I had already approved and paid for it. There are no shipping notifications, so I had to call the pharmacy myself to find out where my medication was and why it was taking so long. At the beginning, they would call to let me know when my prescription had been received from my doctor so they could process payment and ship it. However, for the past four months they’ve claimed that my phone number “does not work.” This is the same number I use daily and receive calls on regularly. When I pressed for clarification, they said this issue happens with many phone numbers. Despite acknowledging that it happens frequently, each time I call they are dismissive and blame the issue on me, insisting it’s my fault rather than addressing the underlying problem. I have suggested multiple times that they switch to email or text notifications, especially if their calling system is unreliable, but those suggestions have been dismissed. Overall, the lack of communication, slow processing times, and unhelpful customer service have made this an extremely frustrating experience. I truly wish Outro would consider partnering with a different pharmacy.

Please read and if you can choose a different pharmacy , do it . I will not recommend this pharmacy and of-course I will never use their services again . They charged my credit card for a medication not delivered to my door as requested , they tried to send me a partial refund for a medication I never received. This medication must be keep it in the fridge but after one week I called and they said my was delivered to my UPS location . The were asking me to pay for an expired/damaged medication that I never received . Very bad customer service over the phone . I have added a dispute with my credit card company against this pharmacy

My personal experience has always been that Post Haste offers a level of service that truly sets it apart. Each time I visit, I feel like their most valued customer. Their pharmacist consistently goes above and beyond, providing prompt and helpful responses whenever I have questions whether about my prescriptions or over the counter medications. The personalized attention is top notch. I trust and confidently recommend Post Haste to my family & friends.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for years!! I find all of the staff to go above and beyond for all of my pharmaceutical needs. I feel very fortunate to find a pharmacy that is able to compound for not only my two legged family but my four legged family as well. The pharmacist on duty is always helpful and there to answer any of my many questions. I have and will continue to recommend Post Haste to everyone that I meet!!!

I love this place. The post office lady is very nice and tries to be helpful all the time. The pharmacy staff helped me select the best medical equipment for my mom’s needs. It does feel very small town and in a busy south Florida community, we need more small town kindness.
