Fantastic service, very friendly, and they keep the cold plunge tub and cryo chamber nice and cold. Easy to come in unscheduled and I always leave feeling refreshed!

From the moment that I stepped in this building, the staff have been amazing. I got bloodwork done and it was back in about 10 days. The co owner (if I'm remembering correctly, Matt) was super thorough in explaining my results and what everything meant. And I loved that there were a couple things that I could improve but I wasn't being pressured into anything. He threw out options and steps forward IF I wanted to proceed but made it clear that it was my decision and didn't make me feel bad about saying no. They also have really cool recovery machines that you can use for your body at very reasonable prices!! I would recommend them ANY day of the week!!! Thank y'all again SO much!!! 💙

Walking into the brentwood office made me feel very comfortable im scared of needles but i had a great phlebotomist, Amber that helped me stay calm and made sure i had was good the whole time she was drawing my blood. I definitely recommend coming to Optimize U.
