I was told they gave me stem cells to speed the recovery from a stroke. And they couldn’t tell me when I received them. Constantly trying to get me to let them do procedures that did not pertain to my condition. I have a sagging lower eyelid from the stroke and was told what eye drops and how often from my ophthalmologist that is also a professor and one of our top University. The dr at RMG told me those are no good and insisted I take the ones they gave me in a bottle no label nothing. I let them put sutures in my face to lift it up from sagging. I have paralysis on one side of me face. I never received antibiotics until after I got infection. The Dr admitted it was his mistake and said he should have never done that. The sutures had started to tear through my skin. They took the sutures out and I went in for antibiotics 3 times after that. I had to pay for their mistakes. The last time I went in the Dr wanted to talk to me about stem cells for my knee. My knee is 37 yr old injury. And just to sit in his chair with his legs crossed they charged me for that. Nothing they did worked for me. I finally had all the bs and swindling from them I could take. I have had a lot of people tell me I should take them court and sue for malpractice. These people should not be practicing medicine.

Great first experience! Went in for an ACE exam and staff were patient, professional, and friendly. Exam was more thorough than a typical exam/ physical at a regular doctor’s office. The ultrasound body scan was the main reason for me doing the exam. I like the proactive approach to healthcare. Getting ahead of things instead of just applying band-aids after the fact. I’m looking forward to my follow up with the doctor to discuss results and put together a plan for my health-care moving forward. Highly recommend this practice! Plenty of parking in the rear. Lots of other services offered as well.

I am satisfied with my visits to your office except with the front desk. It is important that you have more friendly staff in the front! Especially at the facility where you have brain scans and Ultra Sound, the technicians were awesome, but Lali was not great in person nor on the phone! I hope you provide her with more training or support. She might improve.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Christine is very professional and made me feel comfortable during my Ultrasound. Dr. Henderson is extremely knowledgeable and is one of the best doctors I have had in my 59 years. I highly recommend the Regenerative Medical Group.
