This pharmacy is thee most unprofessional Rx I have been too. Everytime except the first time that I'm sure I encountered the pharmacist he was nice . But besides that time the techs are so rude and act like it's not their job answering question even on the phone when I call . Also fyi they don't fsa cards or I would assume I asked the tech and she said "I don't know I just pass the card and if it goes through it goes through" I'm transferring elsewhere asap

I was so grateful to have been referred to Tustin Premier Compounding Pharmacy for my cat’s medications. Anyone who has had to give a cat medicine knows how challenging that can be. This place has been able to compound his medications to liquid and cream forms that he was able to tolerate. They literally saved my fur baby’s life! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have needed them a lot throughout the years and they have been great. I often recommend this place.

I used Tustin primer to fill my prescription after Kaiser told me it will 10 days to get it ready and I can't say enough good things about them. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to help with any questions or concerns I have. They consistently provide excellent service, whether it’s filling prescriptions quickly or offering helpful advice on over-the-counter products. I got in a few hours only Plus, their online ordering and delivery service is incredibly convenient. Needed a compound med but was surprised to find that my drugstore chain pharmacy doesn’t do that anymore. I was grateful to get a call from Tustin Premier after getting the referral from my doctor. The staff who called was courteous & efficient. I had the medicine the next day delivered to my home. I could have gone to their location & saved the small shipping fee but I didn’t want to drive out to Tustin in Friday afternoon freeway traffic! Definitely worth the extra charge.
